I wanted to leave a review because I have had carpal tunnel and other issues that I have seen a chiropractor and orthopedic specialists for and my relief has been short lived. I started coming to Hand and Stone and working with Spencer and I have had some very targeted sessions and the relief I’ve had I can’t put into words. My husband even noticed that I’m not complaining about my wrist and neck and arms and the range of motion has improved tremendously. I’m able to sleep without the pain in my shoulders and wrist sr night.... read more
