Crooks ! After verbally telling the store i did not want to be enrolled in a monthly service. They still charged $80 the following month when i called they refuse to refund me claiming this is now a “close account fee” Smh to an account i never wanted in the first place. Went to this place relax walked away with more stress and down $80 smh
We had a wonderful experience. We came in for a massage with Chena. And it was everything we were looking for. Wonderful service from booking to check out. Highly recommend their monthly plan.
