I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hand & Stone, particularly when it comes to communication regarding memberships and unused services. I called to cancel my membership approximately 15 days before my next payment, yet I was still required to pay another monthly membership fee of $79.99. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was never clearly advised that I would have only 90 days to use the massage associated with that payment. I booked with Timothy based solely on the reviews, and let me tell you, he did not disappoint. I’ve already booked my next appointment. He is phenomenal!
LOVE hand and stone! I have their membership plan, alternating facials and massages. But the facial I had today from Danaya was top tier! My face looks so hydrated and feels amazing. I’ve also had lovely experiences with their massage therapists and can’t wait for my next visit!

I get my monthly massages from Timothy and he is great! He listens to me when I explain my problem areas. He is very professional and even gives me tips and tricks for stretching at home to help my problem areas. 10/10 recommend
