It seems to me that this company is run by crooks. I cancelled my membership, they billed me the next month anyway. So, I disputed the charge with my credit card company, who then reimbursed me. I removed my credit card from my Hand & Stone Massage wallet. However, a couple of weeks later, I received another charge on a 2nd credit card of mine. So, I disputed that charge as well and was reimbursed. A few weeks later, I have received a 3rd charge from them. I will now have to dispute that charge as well. This is all happening... read more
Company slogan should be “A BUSINESS THAT PUTS ITS POLICIES AND PROFITS AHEAD OF CUSTOMERS” If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you to all the Sweet Staff to offering coconut water and a neck wrap while your waiting! Five Star All Of The Way!
the management is impossible to get ahold of to deal with issues as a FORMER member i can say its not a good company to deal with
