The spa with facial and massage services is top notch. Service is consistently great and the front desk staff are super helpful as well. Jaylen is super knowledgeable and helpful with any skin related questions. Viri at the front goes above and beyond and I am a returning customer for as long as they are here.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE YOU POST A PROMOTION AND GET PEOPLE TO SIGN UP THEN YOU WANT TO PUT A CARD ON FILE TO KEEP CHARGING IF YOU TRY AND CANCEL THE PROMOTION DID NOT ASK FOR A CARD OR I NEVER WOULD HAVE SIGNED UP THE APPOINTMENT IS SEVERAL WEEKS FROM NOW LORD KNOWS WHAT MAY HAPPEN AND I CAN'T MAKE IT BUT YOU WILL STILL CHARGE MY CARD I THOUGHT PUTTING A CARD ON FILE WAS FOR A MEMBERSHIP PER YOUR POST YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE ILL STICK WITH MASSAGE ENVY

I’ve included the facial treatments as part of my monthly self-care skin routine and I’m absolutely loving the experience. I’ve been going for about 5 months now. The environment is exactly what it should be: peaceful, inviting, clean, tranquil, and calming. My practitioner is Alma. I feel I was aligned with the right person. The esthetician and masseuse do a great job, but the management team is extremely unhelpful. I have been a member since 2022 and had to cancel due to personal reasons. I have been trying to cancel since July, yet my account continues to be charged. If you are a member and try to cancel, be prepared for them to keep taking your money and refuse to refund you.
