I used to enjoy coming to Hand and Stone, but it’s too expensive for the service provided. The massage I received the other day was 42 minutes long when it’s supposed to be 50. For $90 or $129 if you’re not a member, I don’t find it worthwhile. This seems to be a trend in other reviews and hasn’t been addressed. It doesn’t take anyone more than 5 minutes to change before/after a massage, so I’m not sure why the times are cut short. Juana is the best always a great experiance
I wanted to love this place. My massage therapist was absolutely amazing and once you get to the room, it’s fantastic, but I won’t be back. The waiting entry experience was not what you’d expect from a spa. There where people on their phones watching videos loudly and when I checked out the front desk folks where literally sitting there doing their nails. If you just want a massage, great, highly recommend. But if you want to walk through the doors and be relaxed, try someplace else.
This experience was amazing as I got along with the one giving me my facial and I have no complaints as she did a wonderful job.
