I have been a member for over a year and this was my first experience having to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called they told me I would be charged a 50% cancellation fee or I could arrive late but the massage time would be cut short for to arriving late. My appointments have been canceled several times which inconvenienced my schedule but yet they would not work with me when they are inconvenienced. I had an absolutely amazing facial. Not only was it relaxing, but my skin looked brighter, smoother, and healthier instantly. Savanna really knows how to take care of your skin and make you feel pampered at the same time. I walked out feeling renewed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results and a beautiful experience.

Had a good experience for being my first time. The facial was excellent. The massage was good but it is true what other reviews state. The massage is not 60min, not even 50. My massage was about 42 min. For the price being paid I think this is something that needs to be corrected and for that reason I did not give a 5 star.
