The membership is an absolute joke. I never seen a contract for a spa with more hidden fees than this place. Not to mention the facial was extremely underwhelming and I felt pressured to accept all these up charges for things I “needed” and the shift in demeanor when I declined them from the facial lady.… also not to mention the numerous calls about canceling my membership from the staff and if I was certain I wanted to do so with the wonderful speech about how I can pause my membership for another $10 a month up to three mo... read more

I had a membership and was not able to find time to use. I decided to book online and change my work schedule around to finally use. Less then an hour before my appointment i was told that i booked with a manager and my appointment will be cancelled. They were not apologetic even when i expressed that i switched my work schedule around and booked online selecting anyone available not a specific person. I had such an amazing experience with Natalie from Strongsville! She spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with us, patiently explaining every detail and helping us choose the absolute best plan.
