Do not get their memberships. I called and cancelled my appointments and asked them to remove my card from their account and was told I won"t get charged. Turns out they charged my account anyway and when I called I was given the run around. If you use their servics, pay for them on the day they are given,don"t let them talk you into joining their membership.Its not worth it!
I am leaving a 1 star due to my therapist telling me she doesn't believe in vaccines and isn't vaccinated. I have had a lifetime of sickness and I am immunocompromised. I am extremely upset that a company would allow this. I will never come back.
Paid for a membership that I never had the opportunity to use and had for two months because I could cancel “hassle free” cancelled May 15th as I was unable to keep up. I was told that I could use my two credits and would be charged for one more month: Called in August to schedule my three remaining credits that I paid for and they refused to credit or refund because it was past 60 days.. They said the person who told me that was no longer with them. This is wrong. I handed them money and received nothing in return….
Great energy and service! Every service I've had with any of the practitioners has left me feeling renewed and ready for the day! I personally love adding the salt stones to help me relax and the benefits speak for themselves.
