Excellent facial! So relaxing
I have been a client of Larissa’s for over a year now, and every facial I’ve received from her has been excellent. She’s the best! I always feel as though she has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my skin’s needs are met. Hand & Stone overall is a very friendly and clean environment. Highly recommend!
Shannon was the best! This was my first time ever getting a facial, and she made me feel super relaxed. Her energy is super zen, & she targeted my problem areas that I have for my dry skin. She is very thorough, & consults with everything before hand. My skin feels hydrated, & it’s glowing! I highly recommend getting a facial with Shannon!
Had to cancel my appointment today, I’ve been feeling sick since the morning (App at 4:30) by not feeling better I called 2hrs before (I still could make it but I don’t want to risk to contaminate the tec/massage therapist) they charged $54 for late Cancelation. I was expecting a $20 fee or something similar. Not this very high amount. The other bad experience I had was trying to cancel my membership. Excellent hot stone massage with Joseph this morning! I was given a gift certificate from family members and had the introductory massage and upgraded to add in hot stones. It is so worth it and a fantastic upgrade. There truly is nothing else like it. The location was easy to find, very clean, the front desk staff extremely welcoming and Joseph was friendly, kind and very professional.
