I booked a same day last-minute massage with Kayla. The facility is very clean with convenient and ample parking. I came because my neck has been bothering me, most-likely because I am always bending or looking down all day. My mom enjoyed her massage. Tanya was kind and professional (great listener ) and my mom was able to sleep better.
Great staff! Friendly and welcoming environment. Very clean and reasonable membership rates. I had to cancel my membership for personal reasons and the manager was very good about helping me with that.
Despite my positive history with this franchise, my experience with Tania at the Stoneham branch was deeply disappointing. Her 'bare minimum' approach and ineffective pauses left my muscles feeling completely unaddressed. It was an agonizingly slow hour that I nearly cut short. Shannon, the manager, is the only reason I’m leaving a star at all—she was lovely, but the service itself was subpar.
