Decided to start a membership with this place after a massage I get a complimentary facial with this membership only for the esthetician to use the same dirty gloves to turn the light off then touch my face I look at her in shock as to hint like change your gloves she didn’t- I report this like all the things she’s doing isn’t sanitary they say come back for a different experience- complimentary now I’m being told I have to pay for the service hard pass! Went to h&s for both a massage and facial and the latter was fabulous but the massage left something to be desired. As such, Tara the manager contacted me to garner additional feedback and then proceeded to invalidate my experience. If you’re wanting feedback on an issue you should imo, gather the info, apologize if appropriate and ask how it can be resolved. Not explain away how I felt in a slow condescending tone. Better establishments for massages, consider elsewhere.
My husband came back from his massage and was extremely disappointed. He said none of his targeted areas were taken care of and he was left coated in oil afterwards with one offer for a dry towel...?? We've gotten plenty of massages but this was just bizzare. Not sure what the disconnect was but $100 for a service and to not even be satisfied is mind boggling. He came home more worked up then when he left.
