Cleo is the hand down the absolute best! Ive been getting massages for a very long time but so far she’s my favorite therapist! I leave feeling great every time and she really gets in and works through the knots and tension! Overall the place is very clean, relaxing and everyone is friendly and helpful. I’ve also had Anthony in the past and he does a great job as well! I’m definitely happy with my membership here!
Went in for a 50 minute massage last week with Ryan. He was amazing!! The best deep tissue massage I’ve had with a focus on my neck!
Very few options for deep tissue massages. All the good therapist leave to better spas. Did you know their therapists only get 20% of what you pay? I would much rather go elsewhere where the therapist actually keeps more for their hard work. Management communication was terrible. I tried canceling my membership SO many times but due to management only being able to cancel memberships, my membership got dragged out, I got charged for so many extra months. . I hesitated going here because I’m not want to go to chain spa places :-) boy was I glad I did. I had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had in a long time. It was a last-minute booking and I believe her name was Nicole and I will definitely go again
