My first visit at Hand and Stone for the Classic Massage + Hot Sones was great. Kwame was awesome and addressed my hip pain. I will definitely be back.
The email asked me to show up 15 mins early. I did. The receptionist looked confused and asked me to give them a moment because “uhhh your therapist isn’t here yet” then proceeds to call the therapist to ask where they are at. Both girls were nice btw. 2 mins before my actual appointment strolls in a gentleman. I went back to the desk and asked if I can please have a female instead, I didn’t see an option to have a male or a female as my therapist during my online scheduling. Kwame is the best 10/10! I highly recommend deep tissue massage with hot stones and glove.
I always get a facial done by Venessa she's the best. If you need a facial please book with her. I had a hydrating facial and my skin looks amazing.
