I had a facial with Ashton, it was an amazing experience!!! Very gentle, very calming. She’s very kind and sweet. The front desk management, Valeria, was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend
Ok place for a facial but better places to give your money too. Customer service is subpar. My last facial my esthetician wiped down bottles and cleaned instead of doing a shoulder massage. I messaged management via the email that they welcome feedback from asking if the massage is typically included with the treatment and it was crickets. I finally called to cancel my membership and when she asked why and I told her she just offered my a free facial. She didn’t even try to apologize or anything. Rochelle was EXCELLENT! She got rid of kinks I didn't know I had! Very knowledgeable about her craft as well. She applied techniques that lets me know that she she knows what she is doing!
Anahi did a fantastic job with my facial. She made it very relaxing and my skin looked and felt so good. I highly recommend her.
