Couple of days ago. Had a general, deep tissue massage scheduled. Paid extra, etc The young lady that I got stuck with told me she did not know how to massage. I had to demonstrate on her lower leg and hand with my fingertips and thumb, she said she still didn't understand... $179 later, left more frustrated than when I showed up. Lady at the front counter told me she would tell the manager...
