Customer service alone is 11/10!!!!! The team lead that helped me out over the phone was so patient and kind.
I had such an incredible experience here, and I can’t say enough good things about the team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk associate (I wish I could remember her name!) was welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. Had a bad fall prior to my appointment. Billie listened and took extra care to deal with my issues. So comfortable with her...very knowledgeable!
I booked a first-time massage on 11/7 and was really looking forward to my appointment. In fact, I was planning to sign up for a membership because my chronic muscular pain/tightness have been greatly benefitted from regular massages in the past. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst massages I have ever had. I had high hopes because my therapist and I discussed my preferred focus areas and levels of pressure prior to getting started.
