The monthly membership is nice but you need to find the right tech.
Nice facility and staff. They were able to get us in with a days notice. Hands down one of THE BEST deep tissue massages I have had in a long time! If you’re looking for a solid firm pressure make sure to ask for Zay!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I had three massages booked at the same time for a birthday celebration. The day before, I was told one therapist was unavailable and our appointments would be split into different times, turning a one-hour experience into a two-hour inconvenience. When I asked for a reasonable accommodation, I was offered a facial (which we declined) and then denied a simple add-on request.
