Very professional. I had a facial with Laney and it was amazing.
Unhelpful customer service. No issues up until I canceled my membership over the phone. One of their staff didn’t process it, so a month later I was charged twice and instead of assisting they said there is nothing they can do.
I just had a massage session with Zay, and I’m honestly still floating. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, the pressure was perfect, and the whole experience felt deeply relaxing and restorative. I’ve had plenty of massages, but this has hands down been the best! Just what I needed for a full mind and body reset. I highly recommend booking with Zay!
Horrible customer service.. Had an emergency come tried to schedule for tomorrow morning but they still charged the cancelation fee. I've been a customer of this company for many years and have never had that happen... Canceling period I understand but no sympathy for an emergency and rescheduling for the next day. Unacceptable
Jenae completed my facial and she was amazing! I received the ice and CBD and my face is happy !!! My husband also loved Taylor for the massage we left out as happy campers.
