I arrived for a 100-minute (2×50 min) massage appointment early in the year and was informed upon arrival that my therapist had left due to illness. I did not receive any successful phone call or voicemail beforehand, despite the location later claiming they attempted to call. I had even called the spa an hour prior myself. Virginia is the Best!! I've been getting massages for years, by far she was the most knowledgeable masseuse. She educated me on what I need to do moving forward. I signed up today looking forward to our monthly sessions.
