This place has become borderline criminal enterprise. My gf had a monthly membership $80 a month and we would trade off massages monthly . We decided to cancel membership and a year and half later a 50 minute massage is now $160 not including tip. Like excuse me ? No pricing on your website is really annoying.
I've been going to this location for nearly 4 years. Far too often they are calling me last minute to move my appointment for better scheduling due to whatever issues they have with their system, or accommodate someone else who has booked layer. I've booked my appointment over a month in advance for 1pm on a Saturday. At 5:45pm Friday night I received a voicemail telling me that they NEED me to move to either 12 or 1:30. Randy Romero (not to be confused w the other Randy I guess) has the magic combo one only finds once in a while— someone who is clearly an EXPERT in their chosen field, and someone who is in the perfect right career for them and loves what they do.
