Everytime I’ve went it was the worst massage ever.! Facials were actually good. My face definitely broke out after many of them they dont specialize on African American skin. Suggested me to use sunscreen I’ve never done that in my life. Not my first time here but was the time I really needed a deep tissue massage. My masseuse Ali kept dozing off. Literally her hands kept stopping. When I left I asked for a manager to call me. Hours later after not hearing anything I had to call. I think her not actually making an effort to call and talk about what happened is what made me more angry.
