I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially because it was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. The therapist was friendly, kind, and appeared to be doing his best. Unfortunately, the massage itself was very uncomfortable. His shaking hands were so unsteady that maintaining consistent pressure seemed difficult, making the experience feel more like a trembling earthquake than a relaxing massage. Cancelled my membership after a massage therapist tried to commit me to reading the Book of Mormon and pray. Didn’t think that was appropriate.
I’ve been coming to this facility regularly for massages, and every therapist I’ve worked with has been very good. The environment is always welcoming, professional, and relaxing. Recently, however, one massage therapist has truly stood out — Amanda. My wife went here today for a prenatal massage using a gift card, and the experience at the front desk completely ruined it. The employees working the desk had no idea how to process the gift card and ultimately told her they “couldn’t honor it,” so she ended up paying full price out of pocket.
