Kent was amazing, I could tell he really knew what he was doing, he was so kind, and so attentive to my needs. I just had a baby and the massage he gave me was so helpful and much needed! He is also amazing with tHe Himalayan salt stones. 10/10!!
We have had a membership for years, like 8! And it has changed but it has been a great location for us. The therapists have changed as well but we are still able to find ones we love. The owner is lovely and really makes it a great experience. I love that I can text for a massage and get an appointment usually the week of! But planning ahead for a couples is ideal!
I had a 50 minute massage today and it was…strange. The masseuse seemed to spend more time pumping lotion then massaging me. I started to count bc it was absurd and she used 61 pumps of lotion? Could we use a different product maybe? There were several “breaks” of 10-15 seconds where she wasn’t touching me at all and I couldn’t figure out what she was doing in that time. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially because it was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. The therapist was friendly, kind, and appeared to be doing his best. Unfortunately, the massage itself was very uncomfortable. His shaking hands were so unsteady that maintaining consistent pressure seemed difficult, making the experience feel more like a trembling earthquake than a relaxing massage.
