Now I understand why there are so many 1 stars. I scheduled a 1 hour prenatal massage, but the massage lasted only 45 min. The 10 minute “consultation” was not previously mentioned during booking and even then that was barely 1 minute. The massage itself was far from what I expected - the therapist ignored key areas like my neck, knees, full back, and head, despite requesting a full body prenatal massage. Nightmare! I have never experienced a more disorganized Manager and front desk team, especially at a massage therapeutic place. They cheated on me with my membership, wiped my account with packages that had accumulated before the date of expiry. They never give you accurate information over the phone and the manager took ages to return my request to call back. She even threatened me at the location and did not reveal her name. Many negative reviews on this location however that was not my experience? Front desk was extremely kind and my massage by Anabel was amazing!
I chose Zaynah because the reviews I saw about her were extremely positive. They were right! She was amazing and I really enjoyed the Himalayan stones. She really helped with the pain and knots in my lower back. Definitely will be back ! The girls at the front desk were nice as well.
