Spoke with Victoria yesterday with a few questions over the phone. She was helpful and very pleasant. Then stopped by yesterday to pick up gift cards and both Victoria and Kailey were so pleasant and helpful I felt I needed to mention. These are two reasons it’s easy to feel welcome here
I booked myself a 9 am 50 minute massage to treat myself for my birthday. I got there on time, I waited 15 minutes before the front desk told me that my therapist was running late. They told me I’d be receiving a free scalp massage for the inconvenience. I figured my therapist would be out shortly but it wasn’t until 9:36 that I was finally called back for my massage. Best location - the whole team here are great people, personable and friendly.
I had a wonderful massage and facial today at H&S! My massage therapist was Teresa who was very accommodating and had good pressure. And Savannah did my facial. I decided to upgrade to the Pro-Cleansing facial to get a deeper clean and it was fantastic. Savannah really understood my skin and was able to do many extractions which was my main concern. I highly recommend both Teresa and Savannah! And the girls at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.
The worse massage ever. I thought it was just me and then I saw a newer review that it’s not me. No reiki at all. just wanted to rush and be done.
