I scheduled a new customer massage for my dad about a month ago and called twice within a week because they charged me incorrectly. I got a call from a “manager” about a week later ensuring that I would receive the difference in rate back to my card and NEVER got it back. It’s now a month later. Customer service and communication is terrible at this location , I’ll never be visiting again and will be there in person to ensure my money is returned this time since they want to lie on the phone!
Lori was fantastic as usual. I highly recommend her for deep tissue massage if you are looking to get the knots out!
