The facial was relaxing and comfortable. Caroline was wonderful and I appreciated the quiet and no talking. Highly recommend her.
I’m surprised how incompetent a business can be. It’s the fourth time that my appointment has been canceled the morning of my confirmed reservation. This is after waiting a while to find an available reservation. However, when the client cancels Hand and Stone charges half of the service for NO SHOW. Despicable. There’s no way to excuse this ugly double standard.
My facial with Tina was soothing and relaxing. I felt and looked younger! I'll definitely go back.
Tara was amazing! She is fantastic and extremely professional and knowledgeable on how to ease tension.
