I just had one of the most uncomfortable spa experiences I have ever had. I have been to many spas over the years, and never once have I had to stop a service in the middle because of how uncomfortable I felt. Unfortunately, this is not the first negative experience I have had at this location—this is actually the third. Overall a good experience. The clinicians are phenomenal however I've been a member for a few years and my wife and I's last visit for facials left a sour taste in our mouth. We were running about 16 minutes late and called ahead. When we got there about a minute after their 15 minute grace period, it was as if we hadn't called. The receptionist was "doing her job" but that's it.
