I have been a member at multiple locations, and unfortunately, Happy Valley will be the last. I transferred from the Tigard location because my therapist is wonderful, and she has been the only positive part of this experience. The issues began with my billing. What a great experience from beginning to end. I called to see if I could get a last minute appointment on a Saturday. Jennifer answered the call, she was pleasant knowledgeable and quick to give me the different options that were available. She got me on the schedule at 2 o'clock with Luis, and offered me a facial appointment at a new client discount, how could I turn it down? My massage therapist, Luis, was EXCEPTIONAL!!!
