Experienced a very relaxing therapeutic massage. The therapist Kitty was very professional and I highly recommend both her and Hand & Stone. Look forward to becoming a regular member.
Ahhhhhhh-mazing. I came in today for a massage and facial. I had Karen for the massage and Jai for the facial. Both were excellent! I am super picky about massages, but I feel like I found a diamond named Karen! I feel like things clicked really well, and I think I will definitely be back to see her. My only suggestion would be for the spa to let clients sit with the enhancement options (for both massage and facial) by themselves for a minute. I love getting facials and massages at Hand & Stone Allen. Mimi is my favorite esthetician. I started struggling with cystic acne in my mid 20s. I had never experienced this before and was beyond frustrated when I couldn’t figure out how to make it go away.
