I didn’t realize I had booked with a male masseuse and asked if I could switch to a female masseuse. Instead I was told if I want to switch over I would have to book another appt and since I “wasted” the male masseuse time I would have to pay 50% of the service fee on top of another full service fee that would’ve cost me even more since I was a FIRST time client! Have construction work going on while you’re trying to get a massage or a facial and then do nothing about compensating you for the unbelievable experience instead they ban you from that facility when you want to talk to the owner. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my entire life
