I had a great experience at this Spa. Zoey gave me a fantastic massage that was amazing. This was definitely the best massage I've ever had and she also gave me a lot of good information about how to fix some issues I've been having. I felt so much better now. I haven’t had a massage for long time and was in desperate need of stress relief after hard working everyday. This massage was incredible and made a huge difference, highly recommend Zoey!
I had an amazing massage with Kitty at Hand & Stone! She was so kind and made me feel super comfortable right away. The massage was perfect—so relaxing and just what I needed. Kitty listened to what I wanted and did such a great job. I left feeling calm and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back to her!
I hate to write this review but I do not like when people take advantage of customers and false advertise as a 50 minute massage. I have been a member here for almost one year. I've had multiple massages here from different providers and each time it seems short and I couldn't understand why. Today I timed it and came 15 minutes early. They brought me back at 4:04 pm, and the therapist did not come until after 4:07 and I took a pic of the clock just to make sure. As usual, a hard stop at 4:50 on the dot. The facility and staff were very nice. The prices were reasonable. I liked the products they used. I'm only giving 4 stars because because the person performing my facial was so fast that it made the experience unpleasant. It felt like she was slapping my face instead of calmly massaging it. My "hour long" facial only lasted 43 minutes from beginning to end. If I decided to try them out again, I would definitely try another esthetician.
My recent trip from California to Texas had an added feature, discovering the Massage spa in Allen. "Hand & Stone Massage Spa. It was a long drive and my back and shoulders were feeling some pain. My friends in Allen told me to try this massage spa and I made an appointment while I was visiting my friends in Allen. I call to make an appointment and they were able to get me scheduled.
