Today I had a Classic Facial with Linda. She is talented, helpful and remained present and available throughout. She asked me about any areas of concerns or areas I wanted her to focus on. A completely relaxing and refreshing facial. I highly recommend her.

Got a facial massage and it was one of the best decisions I made. I had Mohini as my esthetician and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The receptionist Aileen, helped me the minute I got in the door with filling out any necessary paperwork and calming my nerves during the wait as this was my first time getting a facial massage. I would definitely recommend everyone to try getting a massage here if you are looking for one.

Within the 4 months of my membership, I had multiple appointments that were cancelled within hours of the appointment (without any compensation for the issues), and most recently, I was told by the front desk that I had an "extra credit" to my facial, only to be told after the appointment the credit was nonexistent, thus needed to pay an extra $90 dollars.
