The therapists are top notch, made my son feel super comfortable. However the staff for making appointments not so much. I was correcting the pronunciation of my son's first name and the staff member on the phone was huffing and puffing. They are closed after 3p on Fridays and we could only get there on Fridays for a month. Trying to reschedule was a nightmare and every time I had a staff member they were impatient and short.
