I had a great experience working with Jay during my knee recovery. Jay and his team helped me regain strength and strength train correctly. I was able to get back to the athletic activities I enjoy. I highly recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury.
Staff is always friendly and professional. They are well informed about ways to improve movement. Riley was great and my back is stronger than it has been in years. He took the time to explain the mechanisms behind the exercises he gave me.
I had a great experience with Riley as my therapist for a twisted ankle. His knowledge and experience really shine through. He was patient and answered my (probably sometimes silly) questions. Every one I had encounters with on the staff were just so kind! Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing PT
Jay and his team are awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone. They helped me get back to normal after surgery a lot quicker than expected
Loved my experience here! Shout out to Allie and Jake who are phenomenal to work with! They helped me through my recovery from a partial knee replacement, and my knee has never felt better. They challenged me in the best way possible and motivated me to keep improving, but was also attentive and adjusted things when needed to fit my progress and limitations.
