I tore my ACL months ago and after surgery I was nervous about getting back to playing lacrosse and doing all the activities I love. In my time at Hand and Ortho, my team helped me improve substantially! Jay, Hailey, and Brooklyn were supportive and pushed me to get stronger and heal. Their plans for me helped me achieve my goals. I know I’ll be back to playing lacrosse in no time!
Jay is awesome. There was a time of discouragement rehabbing from shoulder surgery. He took the time to contact the surgeons office to give them a heads up about my concerns.
Staff is always friendly and professional. They are well informed about ways to improve movement.
