I called Hand and Hand on Wednesday to arrange transportation for a medical procedure. The woman on the phone said she would email necessary paperwork later that day. Two days passed and I received no paperwork. I called back and spoke to the same woman. She was rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. Please do not trust your love ones to this company i do not recommend it to anyone. My mother passed away because of their neglect they were told that maria.the caregiver Was not changing my mom and that Maria was not feeding her .and that mom was loosing weight because maria was not feeding her . do to the fact that maria was not changing her a big hole was produced in the side of her hip it was so deep Because maria was not changing her I have a video of the caregiver cutting the Pampers and throwing them in the garbage dr... read more
What a wonderful company! We used Hand In Hand Home Care Solutions when my mom's needed some in-home assistance. From the moment they came to do the intake, they were incredible. The intake RN nurse spent time listening to my mom, telling us about their services and even providing tips on how we could personally manage my mom's care. Then staff worked to match companions to my mom's interests who not only provided care, but took the time to sit and engage my mom in conversation. I appreciate this compassion.
