Jon Elvrom is an excellent physical therapist. He has treated me for several musculoskeletal problems over the years, most recently for rehabilitation after knee replacement. Jon is knowledgeable and experienced. He focuses on the few specific exercises that will directly address the problem and which he knows I can do at home. He was encouraging about my progress throughout the several month rehab process. Jon has an engaging personality and made our sessions enjoyable. I am grateful for his care.

This place sucks! I’ve been trying for a week to get a return call, they still haven’t done it! Why are you in healthcare if you won’t call your patients who are in pain back? And Dr Huang is the most unhelpful, least empathetic doctor I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place!

I was referred here by my UW PMCP. After several months of waiting I decided to call them myself only to be told they had closed my referral without notifying me or my Dr. They are booked out over a year so if you're not already a patient save yourself a few lost months of no care and look elsewhere

Just another day, another doctor failing me. Ready to kill myself thanks to the lack of medical treatment and constant medical gaslighting. what's the point of living in such chronic pain you can't get out of bed and have to be told your body has to get worse before they'll help you? i'm done.
