Everyone I dealt with was great. I'd been attempting to install an exterior door on my sister's garage (my first door install) and was beyond frustrated. After replacing the broken, unlevel concrete in the doorway, replacing the warped studs rotting from the bottom up, & leveling the header, I STILL could not get the door level, plumb or true and had just had enough!
