They tried cleaning my coupe with an old beat up brush attached to the end of a mop stick. When I confronted the older Hispanic guy and asked him to use a sponge instead of this beaten down Frankenstein brush mop I could hear and see scraping my paint and wrapped portions, he pretended not to know what the word “sponge” means even though he works at a car wash. Truth is he was lazy and trying to rush to the detriment of my car’s paint and wrap, straight up.
If your customer tips 50% or more before the service, you should, at minimum, make sure the job is done correctly. I left with needing to wash my car again. Quality has declined over the past few weeks. Hopefully things turn around.
They left trash in back seat pockets, dirt on brake and gas petal. Crumbs on side carpet by front seat and in cup holders. Charged me 80.00 and still had to go to speedwash and get interior completed thoroughly. Im glad it was company paid and I will be reimbursed because otherwise I would call my credit card company to remove the charge. The owner asked me for payment before I could even look at the car.
