Had a bad experience with Tori yesterday, called to schedule for therapy my first call was delightful. I had questions and was advised i would be called back. When I was called back by Tori she had an attitude on the phone. I tried to clarify a simple question and give her an answer to hers. She was rude, cut me off dropped my appointment for next week, said she didn’t have anything until the end of march and hung up on me. Lady was an absolute unpleasant person for no reason. I don’t recommend this place because I come in here to do my appointment like I’m supposed to pull the paperwork a little bit early sitting there. People are getting called to their appointment coming in and able to come back. Just walk back through like they don’t need to check in. I recently completed 10 weeks of OT therapy for surgery on my thumb arthritis (CMC Arthroplasty). I found all the staff to be friendly and professional. A special shout out to Brady, my OT therapist. She has the education, technical skills, and years of experience to do an outstanding job of helping her clients get back to their normal life.
