Kristin and her entire team have been life savers since I had a major hand injury about six months ago. Kristin has gone above and beyond several times to make sure I received proper care, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Kristin has been nothing but amazing to work with. She has been so accommodating of my husband’s injury and has been nothing but professional and incredibly helpful. Has gone out of her way to help him multiple times. Highly recommend!
Had a bad experience with Tori yesterday, called to schedule for therapy my first call was delightful. I had questions and was advised i would be called back. When I was called back by Tori she had an attitude on the phone. I tried to clarify a simple question and give her an answer to hers. She was rude, cut me off dropped my appointment for next week, said she didn’t have anything until the end of march and hung up on me. Lady was an absolute unpleasant person for no reason. I don’t recommend this place because I come in here to do my appointment like I’m supposed to pull the paperwork a little bit early sitting there. People are getting called to their appointment coming in and able to come back. Just walk back through like they don’t need to check in.
