I like the setup of this place. I really like how they ask you specific questions to tailor your massage to how you want it, such as wanting a quiet session. There are a lot of considerations made during reception that add to your comfort, like a heated neck wrap while you wait. It’s very well organized. This was my first experience getting a professional massage. The staff answered all of my questions during scheduling and I had a couple of concerns because of medical issues. They not only put my mind at ease but consulting with my massage therapist before my session was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and listened. My massage was incredible.
