April was a great therapist!
My experience at Hand & Stone was disappointing. I called ahead to inform them I was running about 10 minutes late due to traffic, and I was told the massage time would be adjusted accordingly. While I understand policies around timing, the overall experience still felt rushed. More concerning, however, was the attitude of the massage therapist. I came into Hand and Stone blindsided didn’t have a clue what to do or where to start with my skin and daughters snake skin firm and Hannah the beautiful young lady really made us feel like we was beautiful when we left ..she made my daughter confidence 100% ..I will definitely be back 🫶
