Ashley the manager is extremely rude, disrespectful. I called to cancel my appointment due to not feeling well and her voice istantly became annoyed. Once I asked her what was the fee to cancel and then attempt to change my appointment, I started asking her "why the attitude" she then said "I answered all of your questions, then hung up in my ear!" After being a member for a few months I was unable to use the extra credits I had it because they said I had a late call to reschedule. While that was true they called me two hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know they can't find the young lady who was scheduled to do my facial and had not heard from her so they wanted to reschedule.
