Love this place! The team really takes care of you, I was going to have to cancel my membership due to not being in town and the girls worked through it with me so I wasn’t over charged for pausing my treatment! I just had the most amazing facial today by Sam! The ladies in the front, Sarah & Carrie were amazing as well! The team here at hand and stone really know great customer service! So glad to be back.. almost like I was never gone! Thank you ladies!! 🫶
If I could give zero stars, I would. Hand & Stone has some of the most misleading and dishonest membership practices I’ve ever dealt with. When you try to cancel, they tell you it’s just a “small charge” — but in reality, it ends up being another full-priced $90 service that you’re forced to pay for whether you want it or not. And it gets worse. Even after signing their cancellation paperwork, they continue charging your bank account and keep your membership active as if nothing happened.
