No me gustó que mi cita era a las 2pm y solo hasta las 2:15 me comenzó a atender . No protegen tu cabello con una banda para q los productos no toquen tu cabello. No me explicaron nada de lo que me iba haciendo. Al final no me dio ninguna recomendación, no me invitó a volver, no me recomendó ningún producto, no me dijo nada de mi piel . Fue la primera vez y no creo volver. Noté que la cabina donde me atendieron el piso estaba con mucho polvo y sucio .

Initially, things felt a bit rushed and unclear, but the spa manager followed up personally, explained everything, and was incredibly understanding and professional. She kindly issued a full refund. I really appreciate the way the issue was handled and the excellent customer service. Thank you for resolving it so smoothly!
