DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE DISCOUNTED INTRODUCTORY MASSAGE — YOU'LL REGRET IT. I went in on March 3rd for a one-time discounted massage and made it crystal clear that I wasn’t signing up for anything. But guess what? They went ahead and signed me up for a membership anyway and started charging my card without my permission. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me the membership was canceled — but they refused to refund me because I had already contacted my credit card company to report the charge as fraud. I had the most wonderful facial and massage, together with dermablading and a brightening treatment. So relaxing! The spa is beautiful, sparkling, clean and elegant. All of the staff and aestheticians are so genuinely warm and welcoming. I felt as if I were on a mini break! I have already scheduled a return visit. They are so professional, polite, and helpful. Worth every penny!
