The WORSE experience of my LIFE Overpriced, did not get a good massage. Just bunch of oils and hands rubbing on my body and when they did the calf’s, it was SO painful. This lady DOES not know how to give a massage. Please. Worse ever.
I used to go to hot stones and spa in Houston and it has never been this bad. To begin with, I was a little late because I accidently went to the wrong location. I was told by the front desk that I would have a shorter time frame. When I went in for massage, it felt like they were just rubbing hot stones on my body. The lady did not know how to massage at all, I think a 2 year old could’ve given a better massage. When she did my calf’s (because she skipped my thighs) it was so PAINFUL. OUCH. Decided to treat myself and was able to book a next day appointment. Did the hot stone massage and was fabulous. Everyone was very friendly.
massage was good but they have recently changed the music and oh my! it’s like elevator music. not relaxing at all.
I tried to buy products at this location totaling 279 before tax the receptionist couldn't open my account since it was cancelled & I did not want an account. She Text manager & got no reply I just wanted to make a product purchase without the hassle & was unable to. Such a shame they stock great products & I like doing business with local small businesses, Amazon was so much easier.
