I had a great experience here for about a year until the receptionist did not rebook me with my regular therapist. I gave feedback via survey and asked for a manager to call me, And no one ever did. Shannon did a wonderful job! Very relaxing just wish the pricing was more reasonable so that I was able to go more often. Especially since I was like my upper body massaged. Wish there were more options.
This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever gotten a massage. The sheets had stains and the massager didn’t know what he was doing and hurt me. I’ve had many massages before. Nothing has ever been this bad.
It was very relaxing and educational. I was surprised to understand Maddy's knowledge of my skin type. .. Very pleased.
The massage was relaxing and the therapist made everything comfortable. I felt at ease and we did talk during the session which was fine with me. Overall, I would definitely recommend family and friends for this therapist.
