Loved the customer service and massage here at Hand and Stone in North Miami. My massage therapist Janel was the bomb. I recommend him and this specific location.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since November 13th it is now November 30th and have yet to get in touch with a manger. I have called several times the staff has told me to call back at the time that the manger is there and on multiple occasions NO ONE has picked up the phone. No one answers the phones. Unable to reach anyone. Poor customer service. Went their in person and they were closed over an hour early. Hours online and on the store's front door are not accurate.

I had a massage and facial yesterday. Ashley did my massage it was the best I have ever had! Amazing! Thank you Ashley. Nina did my facial - afterwards my skin looked fresh, bright and toned. I have had many treatments with Nina - she is definitely the Queen of facials! Nina is the best! The ladies on the front desk were lovely, friendly and helpful, as always. I would definitely recommend Hand Stone massage in Englewood 100%. Thank you.
