People and service were great people ambience, and environment not so good. Front desk attendees were very nice and welcoming. The seating/waiting area feels a little like a doctors office, a bit crowded. I did wait about 10 minutes before being called for my appointment. The room I walked into was very bright and had a moldy stench. It smelled as if either the carpet or the towel that was thrown in the sink were smelly. The sink area was very cluttered.
