I’ve seen Lauren for facials and waxing for many years and she is truly the best. She is friendly, consistent, and incredibly knowledgeable and my results are fantastic because she takes the time and attention to customize my services to my current needs. I recently had a disappointing experience at this location and am questioning whether I’ll continue services. I purchased a membership because I’m pregnant and wanted to invest in self-care, and my initial experience was good.
