Great place to go for a massage or facial. Most of the massage therapist are great. I do notice when you get a good massage therapist the first time they are amazing and the following visit just doesn't live up to the first experience. The lobby was too cold, the location is clean, and the staff is friendly. My last two massages were with Shanette. She did a great job and offered tips to help with my tight muscles.
I’ve been with Juan for a year and he is AMAZING. He is professional, polite, and consistent every time. I originally signed up for a membership because I was struggling with postpartum depression and needed to care for myself more. Treating myself to a monthly membership here has played a big part in my overall recovery from PPD. Thank you, Juan!
I only got 1 massage at the Naperville location in February 2025. Called same month to cancel because I was having surgery. Was told a manager would call to cancel. No call. But received a call in March right after my surgery about billing. Told the girl the same thing. I physically cannot get a massage. Was told AGAIN a manager would call to cancel or go in. A disappointing experience marked by unprofessionalism and false advertising. I visited this center excited for a proper lymphatic drainage massage- a treatment I,m very familiar with. Unfortunately , It was immediately clear that the therapist had no actual understanding of the technique. She asked me to remove only my top, which already showed a lack of basic protocol.
