This place has gone downhill. The front of house staff is phenomenal and the people who do the services as well. The guy at the front desk, some kid who says he’s the “owner”, but in reality is someone who doesn’t know what he’s doing. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. He was micro managing his staff and is just god awful. The Spa Manager, I believe her name is Cat is amazing! I love going to her and she’s so sweet to me and I would prefer to speak with her and not the “man child”
Hand and Stone at West Village is amazing. I had Taylor for my facial, and she is so knowledgeable and such a genuine person. She made my experience worth it and answered all of my questions. The customer service here is top-tier- I absolutely recommend becoming a member here as I’ve been one for over a year!
I strongly recommend Isaac. He was very attentive to my needs and descriptive of his techniques. I received a deep tissue full body massage.
Leah Was AMAZING! my very First Facial and she made me feel so Comfortable! I will DEFINITELY return! the Front desk Kiana was so sweet! ❤️ THANK YOU LADIES FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE
