I'm very disappointed with this location. I was on my way to my appointment and unfortunately got a flat tire. The first thing I do is call Hand & Stone, literally 3 times in a row to let them know what happened. No one picked up but I did get a call back shortly after. Now I completely understand this was a booked appt and a 24 hour cancelation is required. However, this was completely out of my control. I recently started going to Hand and Stone Spa, Bedminster. I've had two facials. I was set up with Sabeena. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and Sabeena.
