Had the most wonderful facial with Megan. My skin is glowing. Work up looking 10 years younger. First one lines were deminished and I look and feel beautiful. So worth the time. So grateful for the great service
Very bad service. The service lasted for 35 min not 60 min. Check in took 15 min with a lot of questions and asked me what level of pressure I needed but the massage person applied very light pressure if any. My package included aroma therapy but it did not take place. When I gave an important feedback they were defensive instead of listening explaining that 15 min check in was part of 60 min massage and pressure was light because deep tissue was an extra add on (then why I had to choose pressure level during check in). Bought a Groupon voucher and tried calling to make an appointment, they never picked up. Had to cancel.
Management is horrible and unresponsive, very unprofessional.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They make you give a credit card when you have a GIFT CARD! I questioned this policy and the manager of the location hung up on me because she doesn’t have a legitimate answer to why one would need to have a credit card on file when they have a gift card to cover the full expense. Highly do not recommend this place.
