I went to Hand and Stone for a facial for the first time today and left very disappointed. The esthetician was nice but spent too much time upselling me a dermaplaning add-on I was told would be $15 — it ended up costing $45. The add-on took 20 minutes, leaving barely 10 minutes for the actual facial. There was barley any massage and mask time, and no extractions as promised. It felt rushed and not worth the money. I won’t be back and don’t recommend it.
If you want a fantastic massage, this is the place!

I’ve tried different masseuses all over the valley. Stan is the best by far! He’s really incredible.
I came for a facial and didn’t have a good experience. I left a poor review and management was so quick to reach out to me and offer another facial. I saw Kenzie and she was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and I left feeling so relaxed and my skin feels amazing. I definitely recommend the black and I’m so glad to say they have great customer service and know how to keep business!!
