I had a very unsettling experience with the massage therapist I saw twice. She has a pattern of asking questions and, if you don’t answer immediately, she hisses or raises her voice at you, then laughs as if to cover it up. For example, when I asked what types of massage she offered, she snapped, “I can’t tell you what you want! I have gone here for a few years now and the atmosphere is very calm and inviting. The front staff is always wonderful. Gabriel is amazing when my wrists are needing some relief from work. I really like Todd and Rashel as they are firm and can really work my tough knots. I just wish I had more time to go!!
We got a couples massage with Sean and Stan and they were INCREDIBLE! I’ve had lots of massages and this was probably the best one. Next time I’ll book a 90min session.
I went to Hand and Stone for a facial for the first time today and left very disappointed. The esthetician was nice but spent too much time upselling me a dermaplaning add-on I was told would be $15 — it ended up costing $45. The add-on took 20 minutes, leaving barely 10 minutes for the actual facial. There was barley any massage and mask time, and no extractions as promised. It felt rushed and not worth the money. I won’t be back and don’t recommend it.
