I had an amazing experience with my facial treatment! The esthetician Aliyah was knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely relaxed. My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.
What a fantastic first facial! The positive energy started right at the front desk and continued throughout the entire experience. The facial was phenomenal, and the massage was deeply relaxing. I was impressed from the very beginning, as the person who helped me book over the phone was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and informative. Because of the exceptional staff at the Beachwood location, I'm definitely looking into a membership, and I'm happy to travel there even though there's a closer location
Professional setting. Nice ambiance. The massage was absolutely amazing!!
Paid for an hour for my wife’s bday and they gave her a 40 min massage claiming the 10 min of paperwork they made her fill out ate into her massage time and then they still ended it 8 min early claiming the first session is about getting to know her body. Will not go back out of principal.
