Absolutely awful . My wife booked us a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. We booked the couples massage and on the day of called to reschedule it. They put us on a waitlist and send us a sooner available spot. On the day of that massage they called and said that the available spot was only for a single massage and not couples so we had to go back to the original spot.
