I have been an Hand and Stone client for years! I have never had any issues with each facility In have been to. The hand and stone seminole has been the worst facility I have been. In 5 occasions I have made an appointment and it always gets cancelled, this last time they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel it, the person that called never offered any solution or recompensation for the inconvenience. Booking process very easy , even for two. Very clean and modern facility. The masseuse was very attentive to request and body language. Highly recommend!
I love Hand and Stone entire family have been members since they opened. Tonight the first time ever have I had a bad experience. Looks like new manager all new desk people, music broke for weeks. When trying to schedule I don't take my phone in I mentioned a calendar would be helpful...and what do I get from Manager an eye roll so unpleasant never acknowledge my presence or offer to assist. I have never had an issue at this spa, I've had the opposite, every time it's been amazing. Great customer service, amazing massages (especially Stephen and Justicia!), my wife loves the facials as well. When you go and read these reviews, remember, people are more likely to complain and leave negative reviews compared to good ones! And there are always two sides to every story.
