I had the best facial today with Grace. She was so friendly, professional, accommodating and I left feeling AMAZING. I knew everything she was doing and she made sure I was informed and comfortable. Loved it and will definitely be back.

They began charging us again in May without any prior approval. 2) When we tried to get a refund, we were told they don’t do refunds, despite the fact that we were never informed that we’d be charged again. 3) Someone walked in during my wife’s massage.
