I am writing this review for the customer service at the North Brunswick location. I called to make an appointment for a couples massage and Adrianna was super friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and Adrianna, by far, was the most helpful person. She answered all of my questions as policies have changed throughout the years.
Buyer beware. I signed up for a special service that they pushed quite intensely to the sum of $750. They discontinued the service and got rid of the said technology. I was told that because I did not use the service within a year, I would not receive a refund. I asked that the funds could pay for the upgrades that I usually get with the standard facials. Just everyone knows I canceled my services with hand and stone however I had packages that I had accumulated up so on Saturday when I went in I asked the woman at the desk how many packages did I have left to use she said after today you will have none left to which I replied does this mean I have one package left to use for today and she said yes the woman who did my massage her name starts with a k but I will be nice and I will not say her name did a very poor job in my opinion I did not ask for a rub down I asked for a ma... read more
Disappointed is an understatement. I just received a call that my massage for today was going to be canceled due to the spa closing early. When I asked if something was wrong they said it was regularly scheduled maintenance that they had known about at the time of booking my massage. This location has failed me in the past and today they did just that once again.
