Disappointed is an understatement. I just received a call that my massage for today was going to be canceled due to the spa closing early. When I asked if something was wrong they said it was regularly scheduled maintenance that they had known about at the time of booking my massage. This location has failed me in the past and today they did just that once again.
Not at all happy with the membership so trying to cancel the membership and has not got cancelled until now
Do not go very unprofessional.
I had an incredible first experience at this Hand and Stone! I booked an appointment with Kumba, not having had a massage in years and just took a chance with her, since no one else was available. She did an amazing job!!! Relaxing atmosphere, clean and very professional! I will definitely go back in the future!
