I was a new client and late to my appointment by 15 mins. Wanted to reschedule and was changed a no show fee which was half of the price of the massage. $50! Thought it was kind of cheesy to penalize a new client so I won’t be returning.
I got a facial this morning with Rose, and it was awesome! She was so gentle with the extractions and my skin looks and feels amazing. I loved her calm energy. The front desk staff was also so sweet and friendly! Great experience all around at this location.
The massage itself was great, but I wouldn’t return. For 89 dollars, I got a 40 minute masssage. My apppointment time was for 1:45pm. I got there a bit early and they got me back at 1:42. I got on the table and the massage started at 1:47pm. When she left the room and ended the massage, it was 2:26pm. I checked out and left by 2:30pm. I’m sure it’s the way the business runs, but I felt a bit bamboozled and 89 is too much to spend for 40 mins of service. I always have a fantastic time at this Hand and Stone location. I see Jen for facials, and feel that my skin has gotten so much better. I always love how my skin looks coming out of my appointments. Everyone on staff has been wonderful, and the service is amazing.
