My first time getting a facial there and the esthetician was awesome and left my face feeling so soft..
They're great until you want to cancel your spa membership. $10 fee to skip the monthly auto charge, and they force you to make a final membership payment in full when you want to cancel, which I didn't agree to when I signed up. This is also not in the terms and conditions, either, I checked. Shameful.
Took a day off, and was able to find a last minute massage at this place. The FOH staff is super nice, very accommodating, very friendly. I’m a deep tissue massage guy, and I’m very particular about it. I’ve had too many bad DT massages, and unfortunately this place disappointed. Sure I got the new client price, but Deep Tissue was extra. I was persuaded to add the hot stone massage as well, so I went with it. The massage therapist was very nice, very communicative.
